Shannon Lee Eggleston is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner. She is a graduate of the Mueller College of Holistic Studies, in San Diego.
Shannon was raised in Hawaii’s thriving natural environment. She assisted Ironman Triathlon competitors since the competition first came to Hawaii. For five years she analyzed the daily diet and personal performance of triathletes. This study led to her awareness of the profound impact of nutrition on health and physical performance. There she found immediate connections between nutrition and body condition.
Shannon also provided nutrition and muscle therapy for the physically demanding commercial salmon fishing industry in Alaska for 15 years. During this time Shannon found the direct and lasting impact of detoxification and fasting on the body and overall wellness.
As a certified Holistic Health Practitioner, she has operated her own practice since 1991. Today, Shannon has an office in Costa Mesa and has treated hundreds of people from all walks of life.
Shannon’s current practice applies nutrition response testing (the simple technique to physically read the body), scar tissue removal, structural rehabilitation, food testing and nutritional evaluation, one-on-one food coaching, acupressure, and muscle therapies including Shiatsu, Swedish, deep tissue, and signature Mueller massage. Shannon believes that all symptoms can be cleared through the proper use of nutrition and naturally healed using food as medicine and natural alternative science.
