For over 20 years, he has been an avid practitioner of the healing arts of Qi Gong, a two-thousand-year-old Chinese process of self-readjustment and self-rejuvenation to strengthen and preserve the health and development of a peaceful and calm mind. He has taught Qi-Gong classes in the Asian Pacific Museum in Pasadena and private classes in South Pasadena.

With today’s busy and stress-filled lifestyles, it’s important to understand that our bodies need detoxification and rejuvenation to counter environmental damages and to open the bodies’ internal energy channels for self-healing. Amir is a firm believer that proper nutrition, exercise, and good mental health are key ingredients to a strong body.
