Where to Buy Healthy Food
- Eat more fibrous vegetables or Broom-like Vegetables (lettuce, celery, flaxseed, kale, Swiss chard, etc.)
- Drink water and read or relax when you are sitting on the toilet until you go. If you’re having a hard time, breathe like a pregnant women giving birth. (Just try it, it will work)
- Exercise!
- Drink warm water with salt.
- In an 8oz glass of water float a teaspoon of oil (to lube the shoot).
- Eat sauerkraut.
- Congaplex (from Standard Process) will help to relieve the bowels.
- AVOID ALL FORMS OF SUGAR between each meal. Drops in blood-sugar levels can make you feel even more stressed.
• Slow Down! Take it easy.
• For exercise, meditate or walk slowly.
