"If I Were You"

Shannon says, "If I were you..."

I would eat every 2 hours.

That looks like 3 regular meals a day with a snack in between each meal and before bed if necessary.

I recommend that you eat 1/4 protein and 3/4 green veggies, raw nuts, and eggs, for the fastest and best results.

Snacks are raw nuts, boiled eggs and green veggies.

Change from Cow Dairy to Goat Dairy, Almond milk or Rice milk.

Instead of Peanut Butter, switch to Raw Almond Butter or Raw Cashew Butter.

Quinoa is a protein that is also great rice and pasta substitute.

If you have scars rub them everyday. If they are vertical, rub them horizontally. If they are horizontal, rub them vertically.

Reduce or Eliminate these foods from your diet:

  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine
  • Corn
  • Dairy
  • Eggs
  • Fruit
  • Millet
  • Oats
  • Peanuts
  • Rice
  • Rye
  • Spelt
  • Soy
  • Sugar
  • Wheat
  • Sprouted Grains

Add Raw oils (uncooked):

With Food: Wheat Germ, Sesame Seed, Olive Oil

Without Food: Black Currant

Water - H2O

Drink ½ your Body weight in ounces.

Salt

Sea Salt is the best because it is uncooked, thus supplying natural minerals.
